Fastmarkets is seeking a Business Analyst to collaborate with product, business and technology teams to identify gaps in requirements and address business problems. The role blends strong business analysis with practical AI use to improve discovery, requirements definition, and delivery.

• Experience using AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, documentation and automation while validating outputs.
• Ability to redesign processes using automation and AI where it adds value.
• Understanding of prompt design, output evaluation and iterative testing.
• Knowledge of responsible AI principles, including privacy, security and governance.

The Business Analyst will work closely with the product, business and technology teams to identify and resolve gaps in requirements to address business problems and customer needs. The role will combine strong business analysis practice with practical use of artificial intelligence to improve the speed, quality and consistency of discovery, requirements definition, process design and delivery.

• Proficient in Jira, Confluence and similar delivery tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Commercially minded with a focus on customer and business outcomes.
