Add Some Zest in Chelmsford is seeking a Business Analyst / Implementation Project Manager to lead end-to-end AI and automation implementations for diverse clients. You’ll translate business needs into clear technical requirements, onboard new customers, and drive successful handovers.

You will map current and target processes, collaborate with non-technical stakeholders, and manage scope, timelines and risks across multiple projects, including remote teams in a fast-moving environment.

Role: Business Analyst / Implementation Project Manager

Sector: AI & Automation

Location: Chelmsford (2 days in office per week)

A fast‑growing AI automation start‑up is helping recruitment firms, software companies and HR teams streamline and automate back‑and mid‑office operations. Their platform is saving clients significant time and cost, and demand is accelerating fast - including a new US office and a 17% ARR uplift last month alone.

They’re now expanding their Implementation Project Management team and looking for a Business Analyst / Project Manager to support new client onboarding and deliver smooth, high‑quality software implementations.

The Role

You’ll lead end‑to‑end delivery of AI & automation projects, ensuring clients get a seamless implementation experience. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll work closely with customers, translate business needs into clear technical requirements, and manage projects through to testing and handover. They build their solutions bespoke depending on customer needs and systems, so you'll need to be comfortable in a technical landscape as well as working with enterprise clients.

You will:
