Job Description:

Business Analyst with a strong financial services background urgently required to support a range of change and product delivery projects as part of a large-scale transformation programme.

This is an initial 3 month contract role (deemed inside IR35) offering a rate of £590 / day, with 1-2 days / week on site in Swindon.

This is a delivery-focused role working closely with Product Owners, Business Leads, and Agile delivery teams. You’ll be responsible for analysing business and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, presenting actionable insights to guide decisions. You will define and document business requirements, translate them into clear user stories with acceptance criteria, and actively participate in Agile ceremonies - particularly backlog refinement sessions.

To be considered, you must have:

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst
• Excellent data analysis skills
• Proven experience in Agile delivery – writing user stories, leading refinement sessions
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and product delivery processes
• Exemplary stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
• Enthusiastic, inquisitive mindset, able to challenge the status quo
