New Role Alert: Hybrid Business Analyst/Jr Project Manager – E-commerce Transformation | Shopify

London (Hybrid) | Contract – Outside IR35 | End June/Early July start

We are looking for a sharp, delivery-driven Business Analyst/ JUNIOR Project Manager to join our global brand and play a key role in their E-commerce transformation journey.

You will act as the vital link between commercial and technical teams – turning complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing – Hybrid Business Analyst / JUNIOR Project Manager

• Work closely with Brand, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams to gather and refine business requirements
• Map as-is/to-be processes, define integration points, and identify opportunities for optimisation
• Lead delivery across key systems including PIM, CRM, OMS, and Fulfilment, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Define project scope, timelines, and milestones, managing delivery from planning through execution
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party tech partners to translate requirements into actionable solutions
• Track progress, manage risks and dependencies, and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong background in Retail & E-commerce
• Hands-on experience with major platforms – Shopify experience will be advantageous
