Qualifications

• Experience eliciting, validating and documenting specifications.
• Proficiency in mapping workflows and data structures.
• Strong SQL, Excel and data visualization skills.
• Effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
• Experience planning testing, QA and user acceptance.
• Ability to support change management and transitions.
• Ability to review data with Excel, SQL and Power BI.
• Familiarity with BPMN and UML notation.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical docs or user stories.

Requirements and Experience

• Requirements Gathering: Elicit, validate, and document business, functional, and technical specifications.
• Process Modelling: Map existing and future business workflows, systems, and data structures.
• Data Analysis: Analyze commercial data, metrics, and trends using tools like SQL, Excel, and data visualization software.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between technical teams, management, and external partners to explain technical concepts in plain language.
• Solution Validation: Plan and oversee testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance of new processes or systems.
• Change Management: Assess the risks, costs, and benefits of proposed changes and support teams during transition
• Data Analysis: Ability to work with tools like Excel, SQL, and Power BI to review data.
• Process Mapping: Knowledge of frameworks like BPMN (Business Process Modelling Notation) and UML.
• Requirements Writing: Skill in turning business needs into clear technical documents or user stories.
