Job summary

IBM Consulting UK FutureNow in Leicester seeks a capable Business Analyst to elicit and document business, functional, and technical requirements. You will map current and future workflows, analyze data trends using SQL, Excel, and Power BI, and communicate clearly across stakeholders.

You’ll collaborate with management and technical teams to validate solutions and support change initiatives while pursuing continuous learning and career growth. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
