Job Description
The role of
Business Analyst is really important to us.
This is is a new role in our
Data Services & Reporting (DS&R) function.
It's a great opportunity for a pro-active, skilled individual to make a significant impact to the value and success of the function.
DS&R consists of Data Engineers and Data Analysts and provides services across all divisions, departments and global regions with the Radius Group.
Collectively we create insight and analysis capabilities in Tableau and Salesforce built on modelled datasets in our Data Warehouse fed by data pipelines from source systems.
As Business Analyst, you will sit in the heart of the team, bringing new projects to life through value & process analysis and supporting critical projects through requirements gathering and providing project and stakeholder management. The role also combines elements of Project Management and Product Ownership.
You'll bring experience in
technical or digital transformation (with bonus points for data skills and experience) and will be able to influence and shape the role within this brief.

Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.
Objectives
- Through business engagement and process analysis, help us to proactively identify, quantify and shape data transformation opportunities across the Group.
- Provide Business Analyst support for our biggest projects including requirements gathering, workshops, project and stakeholder management.
- Collaborate and work closely with DS&R team members, applying BA expertise to add value and accelerate delivery.
Responsibilities
- Business Process Analysis: The ability to map and analyse manual data and reporting flows within the business, then identify and quantify the value of replacing these with automated and integrated data solutions.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for conveying findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience in managing relationships with projects, team members, and senior management to ensure successful project delivery and collaboration.
- Project Delivery: Experience delivering within a structured framework, helping manage and complete projects successfully and timely.
- Requirements Gathering: Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements ensuring that project objectives are clearly defined and met.
- Work with the Head of DS&R and the wider DS&R team to improve the overall performance and wellbeing of the DS&R function.
Qualifications
- Demonstratable experience of requirements gathering, process mapping, project and stakeholder management.
- Experience in a digital or technical environment and capable of mapping data and system flows alongside business processes.
- Be analytical and critical in your thinking; rigorous in the quality and accuracy of your work and curious to understand the business that sits in front of the data we manage and transform.
- Be comfortable working autonomously and pro-actively, connecting and engaging with teams and stakeholders at all levels within Radius.
- Experience delivering insight through data analysis (e.g. BI tools or SQL) is advantageous but not essential.
