Qualifications

• Elicit, validate, and document business, functional, and technical specifications.
• Map existing and future workflows, systems, and data structures.
• Analyze commercial data, metrics, and trends using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools.
• Bridge technical teams, management, and partners to explain concepts clearly.
• Plan and oversee testing, QA, and user acceptance of new processes or systems.
• Assess risks, costs, and benefits of proposed changes and support teams during transition.
• Work with Excel, SQL, and Power BI to review data.
• Knowledge of BPMN and UML for process mapping.
• Turn business needs into clear technical documents or user stories.

Responsibilities
