Responsibilities

• Understanding clients’ business needs and capturing their requirements/processes
• Conveying requirements to technical colleagues using industry standard toolsets
• Assisting project managers to support successful project delivery
• Ensuring solutions align to original requirements and the stakeholders’ vision

Essential experience & skills

• Business analyst experience on technical (ideally IT) projects
• Either holds or has recently held government security clearance already, or is suitable for and willing to go through the vetting process (suitability would include an absence of a serious criminal record, a right to work and live in UK and, preferably, a record of 5 years’ UK residency)
• Working within Agile and Waterfall environments
• Driven self-starter, keen to work in a small & dynamic team
• Defense and/or Public Sector experience
• Project management exposure (Agile and Waterfall methodologies)
