Job summary

O2 Business is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business requirements and technical implementation. You will work with stakeholders, developers, and product owners to ensure B2B systems meet quality and functionality standards.

You will gather, analyse, and document requirements, create User Stories, and support teams through delivery with clear specifications and diagrams where needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of business processes, telecoms technologies and systems.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and SDLC, DevOps and cross-functional squads.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for the development team.
• Create User Stories and Epics in a standard format for UAT validation.
• Build flow diagrams or wireframes as needed.
• Support solutions through delivery and refinements with teams.
