Job Description:

JDRoss is supporting a global business in their search for a Business Analyst. This is an opportunity to join a growing company that has been established for over 20 years.

Reporting to the Head of Risk Transformation, the role involves identifying, analyzing, and documenting risk requirements that align with transformation objectives through consistent solutions supported by the company's architecture and technology.

Responsibilities

• Gather detailed user requirements by analyzing existing business processes and reporting capabilities as outlined in the high-level Risk work packages.
• Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, and feasibility, ensuring they conform to business standards.
• Recommend solutions and technologies to address transformation needs within the project timeline for the Risk Group.
• Implement solutions for quick wins using standard templates, providing a foundation for scalable strategic solutions within a realistic timeframe.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to review and prioritize requirements as necessary.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to plan business readiness for process changes and new platform implementations, including testing and user acceptance.

Qualifications/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM subject or equivalent experience in computer science.
• Minimum of 2 years in a similar Business Analyst role with exposure to ETRM processes.
• Technical understanding of data-centric solutions using Power BI, Python, Azure, and SQL.
• Experience with ETRM, including deal lifecycle and risk management processes.
