Qualifications

Job Description:

JDRoss is supporting a global business in their search for a Business Analyst. This is a great opportunity to join a growing global company that has been established for over 20 years.

Reporting to the Head of Risk Transformation, the role involves identifying, analyzing, and documenting risk requirements that align with transformation objectives, supported by the wider technology architecture of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Gather detailed user requirements by analyzing existing business processes and reporting capabilities, as outlined in high-level Risk work packages.
• Verify requirements for completeness, consistency, and feasibility, ensuring they conform to business standards.
• Recommend solutions and technologies to meet transformation needs within the project timeline for the Risk Group.
• Implement solutions for quick wins using standard templates, establishing a foundation for scalable strategic solutions within a realistic timeframe.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to review and prioritize requirements as necessary.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to plan business readiness for process changes and new platform implementations, including testing and user acceptance.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent work experience in computer science.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Business Analyst role, with exposure to ETRM processes.
• Technical understanding of data-centric solutions using Power BI, Python, Azure, and SQL.
• ETRM expertise with a good understanding of deal lifecycle and risk management processes.
