Job Description:

JDRoss are supporting a global business in their search for a Business Analyst. This is an opportunity to join a growing global company with over 20 years of establishment.

Reporting to the Head of Risk Transformation, the role involves identifying, analyzing, and documenting risk requirements aligned with transformation objectives, supported by the wider business architecture and technology.

Responsibilities

• Gather detailed user requirements by analyzing existing business processes and reporting capabilities, as outlined in the high-level Risk work packages.
• Verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and adherence to business standards.
• Recommend solutions and technologies to meet transformation needs within project timelines.
• Implement solutions for quick wins using standard templates, establishing a foundation for scalable strategic solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to review and prioritize requirements as needed.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to plan business readiness for process changes and new platform implementations, including testing and user acceptance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent work experience in computer science.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Business Analyst, with exposure to ETRM processes.
• Technical understanding of data-centric solutions using Power BI, Python, Azure, and SQL.
• ETRM expertise with knowledge of deal lifecycle and risk management processes.
