Job Description:

JDRoss is supporting a global business in their search for a Business Analyst. This is a chance to join a growing, well-established company with over 20 years of experience.

Reporting to the Head of Risk Transformation, the role involves identifying, analyzing, and documenting risk requirements aligned with transformation objectives, supported by the company's architecture and technology.

Responsibilities

• Gather detailed user requirements by analyzing existing business processes and reporting capabilities.
• Verify requirements for completeness, consistency, and feasibility, ensuring they meet business standards.
• Recommend solutions and technologies to address transformation needs within project timelines.
• Implement quick-win solutions using standard templates to build a scalable platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to review and prioritize requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on business readiness, testing, and implementation of new platforms.

Qualifications/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience in computer science.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Business Analyst, with exposure to ETRM processes.
• Technical understanding of data solutions using Power BI, Python, Azure, and SQL.
• Knowledge of ETRM deal lifecycle and risk management processes.
