We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to help set up and deliver robust, structured reporting and analytics for Amazon Transportation Services (ATS), including Air, Line-haul, and Sortation. You will be a key contributor to shaping strategic initiatives by providing tools and insights to drive projects and support business decisions.

• Perform root cause analysis to uncover core issues and assist in process improvements,
• Develop and recommend policies, processes, and programs to enhance organizational profitability,
• Establish and maintain accurate operational and business metrics,
• Communicate reporting and analysis to senior stakeholders,
• Develop and maintain performance indicators at scale,
• Collaborate with data source providers and tech teams to ensure data accuracy and automation,
• Manage complex priorities and provide guidance during ambiguous or unexpected events.

  Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field,
  • Experience writing complex Excel VBA macros,
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent,
  • Experience defining requirements and using data to draw insights,
  • Experience with SQL or ETL processes.

  Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Tableau,
  • Experience handling very large datasets.
