• Lead and counsel on software‑delivery projects, working closely with senior managers and client stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, solution design, and change‑management activities across an evolving suite of services and applications.

DELIVERY ACTIVITIES AND OUTPUTS

• Perform comprehensive analysis of sales revenue, profit margins, and cost structures.
• Conduct Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) assessments tied to project budgets and billing cycles.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for senior management and clients.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of software initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
• Provide expert consultancy on solution design, technology selection, and process improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, senior leaders, and client representatives.
• Prepare and present clear, data‑driven status reports, risk assessments, and corrective actions promptly.
