Job summary

Anson McCade is seeking a Contract Business Analyst for a major public sector digital transformation programme in the UK. You will operate in a hybrid model (Manchester or Leeds, 2 days onsite per week) within an agile, collaborative environment, translating complex business needs into effective user stories and requirements.

Key duties include stakeholder facilitation, workshops, documenting requirements, and supporting product teams through discovery and alpha phases within the GDS framework,

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the public sector.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• Extensive experience writing user stories and managing requirements.
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Contract Business Analyst

Up to £450 per day | Inside IR35 | Manchester or Leeds (2 days onsite per Month)

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a major public sector digital transformation programme. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly collaborative Agile environment, helping to shape and deliver user-centred digital services.

• Translate complex business needs into clear and actionable requirements

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the public sector
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills
• Extensive experience writing user stories and managing requirements
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills

Desirable

• Experience working within the GDS framework
• Previous involvement in Discovery and/or Alpha phases of digital projects
• Experience delivering user-centred digital services
