Business Analyst

We have a fantastic opening for a Business Analyst to join our IT team in Project Delivery.

Our Backstage support teams are crucial to the delivery across all five of our venues - The NEC, bp pulse LIVE, Utilita Arena Birmingham, the ICC, and Vox - and include IT, Finance, Marketing, People, Legal, Safety and Procurement. Collaborating seamlessly with our frontline operational teams to create unforgettable moments for the millions of people that visit us each year.

About The Role

This role involves identifying, challenging, and capturing requirements, supporting business cases, and conducting feasibility studies. It focuses on documenting and improving efficiency and effectiveness in working practices throughout project delivery.

Day-to-day you will:

• Capture and analyse strategic needs, challenges, and opportunities as requirements or user stories, prioritising them using methodologies like MOSCOW.
• Design current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) processes through workshops with business representatives, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
• Assess the impact of new solutions and processes on the organisation and collaborate with the change management function to deliver the end product

About You

You will be experienced in Business Analysis and related Technology change roles, with excellent analytical and documentation skills. You must also be confident engaging and working with stakeholders at varying levels.
