The Guinness Partnership in England is seeking a Business Analyst to join its Business Analysis Practice in Oldham. This full-time, permanent role offers hybrid working, blending office days with home working flexibility.
You will drive improvements by taking projects from discovery to operational acceptance, manage requirements through the delivery lifecycle, and collaborate with stakeholders across waterfall, iterative and agile environments to achieve the best outcomes.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our Business Analysis Practice. This is a full-time (35 hours per week), permanent role based at our Oldham office, with hybrid working that combines office‑based days for collaboration with the flexibility of working from home.
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who is passionate about driving improvement and delivering successful change. You will have a proven ability to take projects from initial discovery through to operational acceptance, building strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring business requirements are clearly defined and managed throughout the delivery lifecycle.
You will be comfortable working across waterfall, iterative and agile environments, using your analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to support evidence‑based decision‑making. Most importantly, you will enjoy collaborating with others, challenging constructively, and helping teams achieve the best possible outcomes.
