Job summary

Anson McCade is seeking an experienced Contract Business Analyst to support a major public sector digital transformation programme. The role offers hybrid working with 2 days on-site weekly in Manchester or Leeds, paying up to £450 per day inside IR35.

You will elicit and document requirements, write user stories, facilitate workshops, and collaborate with delivery teams in an Agile environment to shape user-centred digital services.

Contract Business Analyst

Up to £450 per day | Inside IR35 | Manchester or Leeds (2 days onsite per Month)

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a major public sector digital transformation programme. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly collaborative Agile environment, helping to shape and deliver user-centred digital services.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and document business and user requirements

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the public sector
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills
• Extensive experience writing user stories and managing requirements
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills

Desirable

• Experience working within the GDS framework
• Previous involvement in Discovery and/or Alpha phases of digital projects
• Experience delivering user-centred digital services
