Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, efficient data architectures aligned with business and application requirements
• Define data models, schemas, storage solutions, and integration frameworks
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and analytics teams to ensure data integrity, availability, and accessibility
• Translate business requirements into logical and physical data models
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for data structures, pipelines, and processes
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data-related performance and quality issues
• Support and guide team members on best practices in data architecture and engineering
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to strategic decision-making

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Python for data processing and automation
• Advanced knowledge of SQL for data querying and transformation
• Solid understanding of data modeling concepts (e.g., relational, dimensional models)
• Experience with data storage technologies (e.g., data warehouses, lakes, cloud platforms)
• Familiarity with data integration tools and ETL/ELT processes
• Understanding of AI & Data Processes and data-driven system design

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AI & Data Strategy and modern data platforms
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and access frameworks
• Experience working in cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Familiarity with big data tools (e.g., Spark, Databricks)
• Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
