• Experience as a Business Analyst in financial services transformations.
• Strong requirements gathering and process-improvement skills.
• Knowledge of wealth management, pensions, and regulatory change is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Support consolidation of investment platform and wealth management client servicing functions.
• Identify operational efficiencies, process improvements and enhanced customer outcomes.
• Work on Auto Enrolment and Pension Growth Programme regulatory readiness.
• Define detailed business and technology requirements for regulatory change projects.
• Wealth management and suitability review experience is highly desirable.

Business Analysts - Financial Services Opportunities (9-12 Month Contracts)

We're supporting a leading UK financial services organisation through several significant transformation programmes and are looking to connect with experienced Business Analysts who can start in the coming months.

Client Services Transformation

• Supporting the consolidation of investment platform and wealth management client servicing functions
• Identifying operational efficiencies, process improvements and enhanced customer outcomes
• Ideal for BAs with strong client servicing and operational change experience

Auto Enrolment & Pension Growth Programme

• Supporting strategic growth and regulatory readiness within a major pensions business
• Working across regulatory requirements, operational foundations and technology change
• Seeking BAs with Auto Enrolment and pensions knowledge

Wealth Management Regulatory Change (CP26/10)

• Supporting Annual Suitability Review transformation
• Defining detailed business and technology requirements
• Wealth management and suitability review experience highly desirable

Strong requirements gathering and process improvement skills required
