Amtis - Digital, Technology, Transformation is hiring an experienced Business Analyst to support systems, products and customer experience. This hands-on, technically focused role involves gathering requirements, SQL data interrogation, and creating Power BI reports while collaborating with architecture, development, product and testing teams to design solutions.

The role requires strong SQL, Agile delivery experience and knowledge of APIs, integrations, and data flows.

Qualifications

• Experience writing and interpreting SQL to analyse and validate complex datasets.
• Exposure to Power BI or similar reporting and visualisation tools.
• Understanding of APIs, data contracts, system integrations and database structures.
• Awareness of data flows, system architecture and front-end vs back-end functionality.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments.
• Experience writing user stories, refining requirements and managing backlogs.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar delivery tools.
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Job description

We’re currently hiring for an experienced Business Analyst to join an established organisation, supporting the development of its systems, products and customer experience.

This is a hands-on, technically focused Business Analyst role. The work involves gathering and documenting requirements, interrogating and validating data with SQL, building Power BI reports, and working closely with architecture, development, product and testing teams to design effective solutions.

The position would suit a Business Analyst with strong SQL skills, experience in Agile delivery, and a good understanding of APIs, system integrations and data flows.
