Are you ready to help shape the future of a fast-growing global retail brand? We're looking for a Business Analyst to join a dynamic tech team and drive innovation across eCommerce, retail operations, and internal systems.

You'll work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements, design smart solutions, and support the successful delivery of projects that improve both customer experience and internal efficiency.

What you'll bring:

• Experience as a Business Analyst in a retail or fast-paced eCommerce environment
• Familiarity with Retail Systems such as eCommerce Platforms, ERP/CRM, POS, PIM, WMS, Wholesale, and more
• Knowledge of modern architecture such as MACH (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, and headless), SaaS, and Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including experience working with external vendors
• A proactive, self-starting attitude with a passion for solving complex business challenges
