Job Summary:
Business Analyst to manage a critical project for one of our biggest clients in banking domain. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications.

Technical Skills:
As our BA you'll deliver a prioritised journey backlog to improve the end-to-end customer journey, including identifying opportunities and providing your expertise. Working in sprints as part of a self-organising team, you'll make sure that we place the customer at the heart of everything we do, while retaining a commercial drive. To do that you'll build an understanding of, and anticipate their needs, and you'll gather early feedback on what will deliver value.

Day-to-day, you'll be:

• Understand the business, its strategic goals and how work is conducted
• Making empowered decisions to deliver the prioritised digital journey backlog
• Capture, validate and document business and system requirements and make sure that they are in line with key strategic principles and translated from business operations, business objectives or from external requirements.
• Interrogate and interpret large volumes of data.
• Conduct and support feasibility and solution options and impact analysis.
• Translate user stories developed by Customer Journey Developers into technical requirements.

The skills you'll need:
You'll be able to draw on your previous leadership experience and use your analytic skills and understanding of data and tools to provide effective solutions to complex problems. We'll look to you to bring a good understanding of Agile values, principles and methodologies with experience of working within an Agile environment. You'll also have experience of operating models such as scoping, creating and amending and proven experience in business engagement at all levels.

We'll also expect:

• Expert knowledge of commercial management and analytics, customer data analytics, or segment management and design
• Experience of driving and delivering innovative ideas, looking at harnessing digital and technological advances that truly benefit our customers
• The ability to identify and envision what the future of digital banking could look like
• proven ability to adapt to quickly changing environments
• talented communicator who can inspire and engage both customers and colleagues
• Strong experience in analytics and reporting, with proficiency in its core tools
• Specialist knowledge in data management to support analytics
• proven track record of senior stakeholder management and engagement

Good to have:
Global certification like CFA, FRM, CQF will be a plus. BA certifications are desirable but not mandatory.
