Business Analyst - £50,000 + Benefits – London (Hybrid) – FinTech Start-Up

Overview:

A disruptive FinTech start up based in London are searching for a Junior Business Analyst with a strong financial services background and solid understanding of data to join one of their growing teams on a hybrid basis.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop deep expertise in the platform and the workflows of private market participants
• Gather, define, and translate user requirements into clear functional specifications for the development team
• Support the Product Manager in driving product adoption, client satisfaction and feature development - from discovery through delivery and success measurement
• Independently lead product development initiatives to drive client value and the broader company strategy forward through implementing customer-centric solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align roadmaps with client needs and business priorities
• Act as a key point of contact during onboarding and implementation of key clients
• Understand client data workflows and support the integration of historical datasets into the platform
• Advocate for client needs by feeding insights into the product roadmap
• Demonstrate platform capabilities in support of sales and solution design
• Translate client use cases into product solutions and align on delivery paths
• Work cross-functionally to connect product capabilities to client and market outcomes Client Support
• Troubleshoot problems and work with technical teams to deliver timely, effective solutions

Technical Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Associate Product Manager role
• Background in building or delivering data-driven technology solutions
• Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders in a delivery or onboarding capacity
• Technical aptitude—comfortable working with data models, workflows, and analytics tools
• Experience in private markets or financial services is a strong advantage, but not required
• Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment
