Contract Business Analysts – ERP Discovery Programme (Retail / Finance / Wholesale)

We're supporting a premium UK retail and e-commerce brand during the discovery phase of a major ERP replacement programme. We're looking to engage three experienced Contract Business Analysts, each bringing specific domain expertise to support the definition of future processes, interfaces, and system requirements.

Each BA will be responsible for delivering a core set of artefacts:

• Business context models
• As-is and to-be process maps
• User stories and user journeys
• RAID logs
• MoSCoW-prioritised requirements
• Cost of ownership models (e.g. cost per transaction)

Finance Business Analyst

We're looking for a BA with a strong finance background, ideally holding an accounting qualification. You’ll work on costing methodology impact analysis, finance process modelling, and stakeholder alignment. Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or AX) is essential.

Retail / Buying & Merchandising Business Analyst

This role requires experience across the retail product lifecycle – from buying and merchandising to product information management (PIM) and e-commerce. Prior experience with SFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and ERP platforms like D365 or AX is highly desirable.

Manufacturing / Wholesale Business Analyst

The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing and wholesale environments, with a strong grasp of product lifecycle management, financial flows, and the wholesale sales cycle. Experience with Infor M3 or D365 is preferred. Italian language skills would be a bonus.
