QBE European Operations plc. is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our London-based International and Multinational team on a full-time and permanent basis.

You will elicit and document requirements, create epics and user stories, and produce BPMN models to support multi-vendor delivery across complex change programs. You will collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, architects, developers and testers, drive workshops and maintain Artefacts in Confluence and Jira while

Formación

• Experience in insurance business analysis and supporting technology and business change initiatives.
• Elicitation of requirements, process analysis and workshop facilitation.
• Development of user stories and acceptance criteria.
• BPMN process modelling experience.
• Experience with TOM design.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to challenge constructively and drive evidence-based decisions.
• Experience across multiple priorities and delivery streams.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure deliverables align with QBE governance, quality standards and ways of working.
• Work independently whilst integrating effectively into multi-vendor and cross-functional teams.
