Formula. in London is partnering with a large consumer business on a multi-year technology transformation, seeking a contract Business Analyst to understand current processes and shape the future state.

You will map processes, gather requirements across functions, align data definitions, and work autonomously in an unstructured environment, with hybrid working in London. Experience in retail/consumer sectors is advantageous, and you will collaborate with both technical and non-technical

Job description

We're partnering with a large consumer business on a multi-year technology transformation, looking for a contract Business Analyst. The programme is consolidating a fragmented estate and standardising how things are done across the group. It's early days, the team is lean and the structure is still being shaped.

As a Business Analyst, you'd be working across different parts of the business to understand how things currently run, where the duplication sits and how processes and data should be defined going forward. It's hands-on and there's plenty of scope to shape the approach.

As a contract Business Analyst you'll be competent in:

• Process mapping and requirements gathering across multiple business functions
• Working with data definitions that differ department to department and getting to an agreed version
• Working autonomously in an unstructured environment with limited process in place
• Communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working within a retail/consumer business is an excellent advantage.
