Job summary

Quantum in London is seeking a Business Analyst to turn Rewards and Core data into clear, trusted answers, building reporting and analysis that the business actually makes decisions on, and learning to do it AI-natively from day one.

You will pull, shape and interrogate data with SQL, build dashboards in Looker/Tableau/Power BI, and explain findings to non-analysts. The role fosters independent analysis in a fast-paced, English-speaking team with hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and numerical reasoning; enjoy getting to the answer behind the numbers.
• Hands-on exposure to SQL, or a fast learner ready to become fluent quickly.
• Confident in spreadsheets and at least one BI tool such as Looker, Tableau or Power BI.
• Genuinely AI-native and curious; use AI tools to move faster and learn continuously.
• Clear written and verbal communication of thinking and results.
• Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.

The Role

Our Business Analytics team is growing! We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our team in London.

In this role you will help turn our Rewards and Core data into clear, trusted answers, building reporting and analysis that the business actually makes decisions on, and learning to do it AI-natively from day one.

About You

• Some hands-on exposure to SQL, or a fast learner keen to become fluent quickly

• Confident in spreadsheets and at least one BI tool such as Looker, Tableau or Power BI

• Genuinely AI-native and curious, you reach for AI tools to move faster and keep learning - experienced in AI (LLM) tools

• You explain your thinking clearly, in writing and out loud

• You thrive when working as part of a team

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• Have excellent written and verbal English skills
