Role overview:

Airwalk Reply consultants leverage their unique skills and experiences to successfully deliver projects, often within complex and highly regulated environments. Most of our projects drive change through cutting-edge technology, and what distinguishes us is our ability to integrate end-to-end thinking with technical expertise. We collaborate with our clients at every stage of their journey, from business case development and solution design to programme delivery, and the design and implementation of target operating models and service management.

Due to an expanding client list, we are looking for business analysis-focused consultants to strengthen our team. You will usually focus on one client at a time, with engagements typically lasting from 3-12 months. Consultant business analysts work alongside delivery leads, architects, and engineers, often combining Airwalk and Reply consultants with client resources. Your role is to select and employ appropriate analysis techniques to develop a deep understanding of our clients’ challenges and opportunities. You will communicate your findings clearly and persuasively, and work strategically and creatively to devise and propose potential solutions alongside technical and business partners. Beyond the core functions expected of consultancy teams, we go further for our clients by injecting momentum, identifying and addressing potential risks, and highlighting and championing opportunities to deliver additional value.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop a deep understanding of our clients’ needs and opportunities.
2. Earn and retain the confidence of our clients and partners by producing diligent and well-presented business analysis.
3. Ensure that you are clear on your role, responsibilities, and tasks, and that your work aligns with high standards.
4. Identify and pursue improvements in how we perform our work, and opportunities for us to deliver incremental value.
5. Contribute to the culture and growth of Airwalk Reply through engagement with internal initiatives and involvement with bids, proposals, and proposition development.
6. Develop your experience and expertise, pursuing training and mentoring opportunities appropriate to your ambitions and the needs of Airwalk and our clients.
7. Promote and support the professional development of your colleagues through the sharing of knowledge and ideas.

About the candidate:

1. A bachelor’s degree (2.1 or higher) is required in IT, Computer Science or in a Technology-related field.
2. At least 3 years of relevant, hands-on technology business analysis experience, ideally including some data analysis (candidates with longer careers are also actively encouraged to apply).
3. Comfortable and confident in preparing and presenting findings and recommendations, including to senior stakeholders in both technology and business functions.
4. Background in financial services or comparable sector experience.
5. Experience in a client-facing consulting role preferred.
