The role

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced individual to join our team on a 15-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of and shape Oneglobal's growing international network of offices. The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role and will be passionate about delivering proactive solutions for the business.

Based in our London office, this role will work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders to ensure business requirements are thoroughly understood and translated into effective solutions. The position will support improvements in operational efficiency, enhance client experience, and enable business growth while ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations. A key focus of the role will be requirements gathering, process mapping, and UAT support as part of the OpenTWINS system migration.

The role will be operating in an inclusive culture with a supportive environment to learn on the job and develop your skillset.

Key Accountabilities
  • Engage with stakeholders across the business to understand operational challenges, opportunities, and business objectives relating to the OpenTWINS migration and other change initiatives

  • Ensure requirements are clearly defined, measurable, unambiguous and aligned to business goals (e.g. business requirements documents, user stories, and process maps)

  • Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, standardisation, and automation

  • Conduct gap analysis to assess differences between current and future-state (OpenTWINS) processes, defining requirements and actions needed to bridge identified gaps

  • Support data migration activities, including source-to-target data mapping, data cleansing and validation requirements, and data quality checks

  • Support UAT planning and execution: write test cases and scripts, coordinate testing, and track defects through to resolution

  • Recommend solutions that improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance service delivery

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation

  • Contribute to change management and business readiness activities, including training materials, user guides, and stakeholder communications

  • Act as a trusted advisor to operational teams and subject matter experts, and as liaison between the business and technical/delivery teams, including the OpenTWINS vendor

  • Assist in defining system requirements, business rules, and workflow configuration

  • Ensure solutions comply with FCA requirements and internal governance standards

  • Assess the operational and regulatory impacts of proposed changes

  • Support the Project Manager with RAID log maintenance and project reporting as required

  • Experience mapping and improving business processes (e.g. using BPMN, Visio, or similar tools)

  • Strong requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation skills, including business requirements documents, user stories, functional specifications, and traceability matrices

  • Ability to translate complex business issues into practical solutions

  • Experience supporting project delivery and change initiatives, ideally including system implementation or migration projects

  • Experience of data mapping and migration analysis, and supporting UAT planning, test case writing, and defect management
