Job summary

PIB Group's Underwriting Collective (UWC) Transformation Team in Gloucester is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to help deliver process and system improvements across the business.

You will partner with stakeholders, gather requirements, and bridge the gap between business and development teams, contributing to regulated insurance initiatives and ongoing change programmes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a change, transformation or project delivery environment.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation skills, including user stories, functional requirements and process flows.
• Experience delivering digital, systems or technology-led initiatives, ideally within insurance, financial services or another regulated industry.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, challenge and build consensus across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies, with experience working alongside development teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a collaborative approach and focus on delivering business value.

The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the Transformation team within Underwriting Collective (UWC). Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, you'll play a key role in delivering initiatives that improve processes, systems and ways of working across the business.
