Job summary

You will be working directly with senior leadership and teams across the business, getting to the root of how things actually work and turning that insight into practical, lasting solutions. The Role

The Business Analyst will sit at the heart of the organisation, bridging the gap between business operations and a capable technology team. Day to day, this means running workshops and interviews, conducting discovery sessions, and spending time with teams to understand their real challenges.

You will map current and future-state processes, spot opportunities for improvement and automation, and translate what you find into clear requirements that developers can act on.

What experience does the Business Analyst need?

• Strong experience working in a business analysis or process improvement role, ideally across more than one organisation or project type, breadth of exposure matters here
• Strong skills in discovery work: running interviews and workshops, mapping processes, and identifying problems
• Confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels, translating complex information into clear, accessible language for both technical and non-technical audiences
• A genuine interest in technology and how it can improve ways of working; experience with or curiosity about AI tools would be a real advantage
