Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a Business Analyst to support change from discovery through implementation and review. You will map current processes, gather requirements, define user needs and contribute to testing, training and handover to ensure digital solutions and service improvements are accessible and customer-focused.

You will facilitate workshops, document requirements, support transformation projects and use data to identify opportunities for improvement and measure benefits
