The role involves supporting business owners in the sector by providing expert advice on organizational development and promoting good employment practices. The ideal candidate will have strong sector knowledge, including insights into business challenges, skills needs, and growth opportunities.

The position is part of a wider business support team that has been assisting companies since 2011, ranging from startups to established firms, by offering tailored guidance, fostering innovation, and connecting businesses with funding and expertise across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective relationships with business owners, leaders, and key contacts.
• Promote the work of the Workforce Development team.
• Identify and support businesses in addressing workforce development challenges.
• Collaborate with training providers to offer training solutions.
• Handle client inquiries and assess growth potential, workforce, and business needs.

About You

• Expertise in facilitation, coaching, and organizational change management.
• Deep understanding of the workforce development sector.
• Experience in the Construction and Green Economy sectors.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and networking skills.
• Strong planning, organizational, administrative, and project management skills.
