Salary: Up to £42,000

We are working with an exciting social enterprise business seeking a Construction and Green Technologies Specialist to join their expanding team. The role involves supporting business owners in the sector by providing expert advice on organizational development and promoting good employment practices. Strong sector knowledge, including insights into business challenges, skills needs, and growth opportunities, is essential.

The position is part of a wider business support team that has been assisting companies since 2011, ranging from start-ups to established firms, by offering tailored guidance, fostering innovation, and connecting businesses with funding and expertise across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Establish and maintain effective relationships with business owners, leaders, and key contacts.
  2. Promote the work of the Workforce Development team.
  3. Identify and support businesses in addressing workforce development challenges.
  4. Collaborate with diverse training providers to offer training solutions.
  5. Handle client inquiries and assess growth potential, workforce, and business needs.
