Archie's Operations is on the lookout for an experienced Administrator to support our Operations Director. In this role, you will manage inquiries, assist with customer bookings, and carry out general administration, contributing to our exciting growth journey while enjoying various employee benefits.

You will be
reporting into the Operations Director to provide full Administration support, with
excellent attention to detail time management. To be successful in this role
you will have previous experience in a similar position.
Your duties will
include:

Managing telephone and email enquiries and responses
accordingly.

Liaising with customers to arrange party bookings, using
an in-house booking system.

Confirming pre orders for party bookings.

General administration duties to support the
Operations Director and wider team.

Administrator skills and requirements:

Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks

Good written and spoken communication skills
-
Accuracy and attention to detail
-
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar
role

Team player with a positive can-do attitude

Previous administration and customer service
experience

Excellent communication skills both oral and
written are essential

Good organisational and problem-solving skills
