Job summary

KWS UK Ltd. in Thriplow is seeking a proactive Business Administration Manager (m/w/d) to lead administration and ensure policy compliance, reporting to senior management.

KWS UK Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detailed-oriented candidate as Business Administration Manager (m/w/d) to join our team in Thriplow. In this role, you will be the primary coordinator for administrative operations and compliance initiatives. Oversee administrative functions of the organisation, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with policies, and support for senior management. This role involves planning, oversight of administrative staff, budget management, and process improvement initiatives.

This job is full-time, and hybridworking model is possible for this role.
