Mears Group is offering a Business Administration Apprentice role in Birmingham. The apprenticeship runs ~18 months as a fixed term contract, with salary scales by age and a 40-hour week including study leave.
Training leading to an industry-recognised qualification is provided, along with entry to a growing team and real work experience. You will work within our Administration teams in Birmingham, supporting Housing-related contracts and liaising with stakeholders.

Age 16-17: £8.26 per hour - 40 hours per week (including time for study leave)
Age 18-20: £11.20 per hour - 40/42.5 hours per week (including time for study leave)
Age 21+: £13.21 per hour- 40/42.5 hours per week (including time for study leave)
The programme has an expected duration of approximately 18 months

As a Business Support Apprentice, you will be developing within the role guided by your mentor. The role will be based within our Administration teams within Birmingham and you will be working alongside the teams supporting the Voids Contract or the Responsive Repairs Contract. You will be involved in lots of different duties including, liaising, and communicating with stakeholders, clients and contractors, compile reports, answering queries, complaints and compliments via email or phone, undertake administrative takes such as typing up notes and attending meetings.
