Zusammenfassung

Stagecoach Group seeks an experienced Bus Training School Manager to lead and develop our professional driver training operation in Northampton. You will oversee recruitment support, CPC delivery, instructor development, and compliance with DVSA and company requirements.

You will manage budgets, records, and vehicle allocation, while promoting safety, customer service and high driving standards across the training team.

Qualifikationen

• Full UK Category D PCV driving licence.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge of Driver CPC, DVSA regulations, and transport compliance requirements.

Aufgaben

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the bus driver training school.
• Develop and implement training programmes for drivers.
• Ensure all training activities comply with DVSA, Driver CPC, and company requirements.
• Monitor trainee progress and maintain training records.
• Recruit, coach, and develop training instructors to high standards.
• Manage training budgets, resources, and vehicle allocation.
• Conduct quality assurance audits and drive continuous improvement.
