Job summary

Stagecoach Lincoln Depot is seeking a Bus Shunter, Vehicle Cleaner and Bus Wash Operative to join our Lincoln team. You will fuel, wash, park, and clean a fleet of buses to ensure readiness for service each day.

The role offers 20 hours across five days with late shifts (20:00–24:00). Full training provided; favourable pay with overtime opportunities, and benefits including travel passes, pension, and holidays. Driving licence is desirable; PCV licence encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning, vehicle presentation or similar operational environments desired.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in high standards.
• Ability to work proactively and independently when required.

Responsibilities

• Fuel buses on return to the depot.
• Wash and clean vehicle exteriors to high standards.
• Park and shunt buses safely around the depot.
• Sweep and clean vehicle interiors and depot facilities.
• Maintain accurate records (fuel, cleaning schedules, vehicle info).
