Stagecoach Perth Depot in Perth is seeking a hands-on Bus Service Engineer to maintain and service our modern, low-emission buses. You will diagnose faults, perform roadside repairs, and work to DVSA safety standards, supported by a friendly workshop team.

The role offers a Sunday-Thursday shift, 45 hours weekly, 34 days annual leave, and training with generous benefits. Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and be safety-focused.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience servicing and repairing commercial vehicles (bus/coach/HGV).
• Confident using diagnostic tools and service manuals.
• Proactive safety-first approach.
• Team player with strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service buses to Stagecoach and DVSA safety standards.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults with diagnostic tools.
• Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance, including roadside repairs.
• Report defects and complete all work safely and in line with policies.
• Collaborate with workshop colleagues and support junior team members.
