Job summary

Arriva Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for the North Region, with hybrid work across Yorkshire, North East, North West and Wales. The role focuses on strategic sourcing, candidate pipeline development for Bus Drivers and Engineers, and partnership with the Talent Acquisition Business Partner to align with workforce plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal recruitment in high-volume environments.
• Ability to analyse market trends and recruitment metrics.
• Experience developing partnerships with external organisations and industry networks.
• Proficient with online and offline candidate search methodologies.
• UK driving license for travel to depots and events.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder relationships at local level (Hiring managers and HR).
• Build and manage relationships with external partners and networks.
• Proactively identify and engage potential candidates for drivers and engineers.
• Advise stakeholders on recruitment trends and best practices.
• Develop attraction solutions and analyze market trends to optimize recruitment.
• Lead projects to improve hiring processes and candidate experience.
• Create local attraction campaigns and coordinate with Operational Management.
• Review hiring processes to improve candidate experience.
