Arriva Northumbria Limited is seeking Driving Instructors to guide trainees through day-to-day progress and safety while learning to drive buses. You will teach the technical driving skills and ensure learners reach Module 3 and Module 4 requirements, including practicals and knowledge checks.

The role emphasizes coaching on soft skills, delivering direct feedback, and adapting to flexible hours to meet business needs. PEAs and classroom training may be required as part of development.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day progress of trainees.
• Ensure trainee safety while under instruction.
• Teach technical skills required to drive a bus.
• Help trainees meet Module 3 driving test standards.
• Instruct Module 4 practical demonstrations and knowledge.
• Coach trainees in soft skills that support technical standards.
• Carry out PEAs, driver development training and classroom work as required.
