Job summary

Arriva Midlands Limited is hiring a Trainee Bus Driver at the Coalville depot. You will start with full paid training to obtain your PCV licence and progress with mentoring as you learn routes and customer service skills.

Roles involve 5 out of 7 rotating shifts with early starts, and opportunities for progression within a supportive, community‑oriented company that values safety and reliability on every journey.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• Have been driving for a minimum of 6 months.
• No more than 6 points on your licence.
• Can pass a drug and alcohol test.
• Great people and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive buses on assigned routes for passengers.
• Attend full training and CPC refreshers.
• Maintain high safety and customer service standards.
