Job summary

Stagecoach Basingstoke is seeking a proactive Internal Bus Depot Service Assistant Supervisor (Cleaning, Shunting & Refuelling) for our Rankine Road depot in Basingstoke. Salary circa £30,900 per annum, 40 hours weekly, late shifts and weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team supervision experience in a depot or workshop setting.
• Hands-on approach to refuelling, cleaning and vehicle movement.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of Fuellers/Shunters/Cleaners.
• Step in to clean, refuel, and reposition vehicles as needed.
• Plan daily tasks and ensure reports are completed accurately.
• Organise weekly shift cover and monitor performance.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met and depot guidelines followed.
