West Coast Motors in Dunoon is seeking an experienced Bus and Coach Driver to join our friendly team. We offer both full-time and part-time roles with flexible shift patterns to support a healthy work-life balance.
You will help local residents and visitors with safe, reliable journeys on Scotland’s scenic routes, driving modern vehicles and delivering great customer service every day.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid PCV licence entitlement.
- Have a digital tachograph card.
- Demonstrate a professional, reliable and safety-focused approach.
- Show excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Commit to delivering a safe and dependable service.
- Be willing to live in Dunoon or nearby or relocate.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles on scheduled services and other allocated work.
- Deliver excellent customer service and a safe, comfortable journey for every passenger.
- Help connect local communities by getting customers to their destinations safely and on time.
- Handle cash and card payments accurately and responsibly, where required.
- Complete daily vehicle checks and report defects per company procedures.
- Provide travel information and assistance to customers when required.
- Work independently while maintaining high safety and professionalism.
- Represent West Coast Motors positively through driving standards, appearance and customer care.

Are you an experienced PCV Driver looking for a rewarding role in one of Scotland’s most scenic locations?
We’re looking for professional, customer-focused Bus and Coach Drivers to join our friendly team in Dunoon. We have opportunities available on both a full-time and part-time basis, with a range of shift patterns offering flexibility and a positive work-life balance.
Every journey matters. Whether you’re helping local residents get to work, school, appointments or the shops, or welcoming visitors to the area, you’ll play an important role in delivering a safe, reliable and friendly service to our customers.
Working in Dunoon
Based at our Dunoon depot, you’ll help connect local communities across Cowal and the surrounding area. Operating modern vehicles on some of Scotland’s most scenic routes, you’ll be part of a supportive local team in a varied role where no two days are the same.

The Role
As a Bus and Coach Driver, you will:
- Safely operate company vehicles on scheduled services and other allocated work
