West Coast Motors (Campbeltown) is seeking experienced PCV drivers to join our Campbeltown depot. This role covers local bus routes and coach trips to Glasgow, with both full-time and part-time options.

You will focus on safe, customer-friendly service, perform daily vehicle checks, handle payments where required, and contribute to a reliable network. A safety-focused, community-minded candidate will thrive in this team.

Qualifications

• A valid PCV licence entitlement.
• An up-to-date Driver CPC qualification.
• A professional, reliable and safety-focused approach.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• To live in Campbeltown or the surrounding area, or be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate buses and coaches on local service routes and coach work to Glasgow.
• Deliver excellent customer service and a safe, comfortable journey for every passenger.
• Help connect local communities by getting customers to their destinations safely and on time.
• Welcome passengers and visitors in a professional, friendly and helpful manner.
• Handle cash and card payments accurately and responsibly, where required.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and report defects in line with company procedures.
• Work independently while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.
• Represent West Coast Motors positively through your driving standards, appearance and customer care.

Are you an experienced PCV Driver looking for a rewarding role in Campbeltown?

We’re looking for professional, customer-focused Bus and Coach Drivers to join our friendly team at our Campbeltown depot. We have opportunities available on both a full-time and part-time basis, with a range of shift options and a varied and interesting role covering local bus services and coach work to Glasgow.

Every journey matters. Whether you’re helping local residents get to work, school, appointments or the shops, or providing coach travel to Glasgow, you’ll play an important role in delivering a safe, reliable and welcoming service to our customers.

Working in Campbeltown

Based at our Campbeltown depot, you’ll help connect local communities across Kintyre and beyond. You’ll be part of a friendly local team in a varied role where no two days are the same.
