Job summary

Haven is hiring a Burger King Team Member to join our on-site team at the seaside location in Tendring. You will greet guests, take orders, and help prepare and serve flame-grilled menu items to brand standards.

We offer training, a friendly team environment, and flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and bank holidays. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced hospitality setting with opportunities for career development and perks.

Qualifications

• 18+ due to health and safety regulations for operating hot kitchen equipment.
• Experience in fast food, hospitality, or customer service is great—but not essential as training is provided.
• Friendly, team-oriented and motivated to deliver great service.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile, take orders, and answer any menu questions.
• Prepare burgers and other menu items to Burger King brand standards.
• Cook, wrap, and serve burgers and other menu items with speed and precision.
• Keep the kitchen and front-of-house clean and safe in line with food safety regulations.
• Work as part of a team to meet service times and ensure every guest leaves satisfied.
